. breakfast was good . front office staff at reception is very good and very helpful . dining hall staff is very good . room cleaning and room service staff is very good . rooms and toilets are ok but could have been larger .

Location is excellent. Stuff is helpful. We got a room with a single bed, but wanted double bed, stuff was very helpful and changed room for us. Bad was very comfy

The location of hotel is very good, just few meters away from the bus stop and tram stops. The nearest MRT station is just 600 mts away from hotel and just a walking distance to ferry. I found room very small and compact, there was no room for any other furniture other than the bed and a small table. There was no wardrobe in the room (just a small corner to hand your clothes. The bathroom was clean but was ultra small. There was no water in the room, so either the guest has to go to the reception to fill the water or buy a water bottle from a store. There was no iron or iron table in the room and you need to call reception for basic needs. The breakfast was not great with very limited option for non Chinese /Cantonese guest (specially vegetarians), the food was not differentiated between veg and non-veg, so everything you have to ask someone whether the food served is veg or non-veg. Generally there is a que if you drop in after 7:30 for the breakfast (which was a spoiler for me). The reception was small with few attendants to help you check in, it took me few minutes to check-in and access my room on 18th floor. There is no room service in the hotel which means you have to help your self for every small thing (like plates, cutlery, glasses, water.

Hotel was very clean, nice staff, good price. Extremely comfortable (hard) mattress but staff can bring you softer mattress on request. Good wifi. Supermarket and tram stop 1 min walk. Approx. 300m from the hotel is Macau Ferry stop (direct bus A11 to the airport).

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's a 5-min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station, which takes you anywhere in HK from there, and there's also a mini-market about 3 min walking on the same sidewalk that sells fruits and snacks. It's also a very short walk from many restaurants, coffee shops (there's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby) and a shopping mall which has ferries to Macau. I was given a handicap room which was VERY spacious with a little built-in desk with a nice city view. Hotel staff was very friendly too. There are multiple elevators and some take you to the ground level, some don't, but once you figure it out it's quite easy to move around the floors. I would recommend the hotel for it's location, especially if you want to walk around and go to Macau from there, very easy.
