. breakfast was good . front office staff at reception is very good and very helpful . dining hall staff is very good . room cleaning and room service staff is very good . rooms and toilets are ok but could have been larger .

Hotel was very clean, nice staff, good price. Extremely comfortable (hard) mattress but staff can bring you softer mattress on request. Good wifi. Supermarket and tram stop 1 min walk. Approx. 300m from the hotel is Macau Ferry stop (direct bus A11 to the airport).

Very convenient location from/to the airport and city excursions. Starbucks and an Italian restaurant on the ground floor as well as the in-hotel restaurant came in handy as options for my young kid who is not familiar with Hong Kong/Southeast Asian cuisines. The facility was comfortably simple and clean. Elevators came fast.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room had a very good view of the harbour. Room was clean, comfortable, good size, quiet and dark for sleeping. There are a lot of options for breakfast which is good. The staff in the restaurant was very polite and friendly. We had a small accident (not the hotel's fault) and the staff was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed.
